Mental Training for Athletes
- Who it’s for: Athletes (Age 10 & above)
- Format: 8 session series (can be adjusted)
- Delivered: In-person (on-site) or online

Beyond the Game : The role of Parents in shaping young athletes
- Who it’s for: Parents of athletes
- Format: Single-session or short series (online or in-person)
- Delivered: English/Hindi/Marathi options available

LifeWise
- Who it’s for: Kids of age between 9-12 years old. The LifeWise Program by Mindsports is tailor-made for our young kids to help them understand the importance of and learn the essential skills in life, through the medium of sports. Sports is a great socializing agent in one’s life and life skills education helps students gain confidence in communication as well as cooperative and teamwork skills, helps them discover innovative ways of thinking and problem-solving, and teaches them how to socialize, make new friends, and recognize the effects of their actions and behaviours.
