By enrolling in any Mindsports program (offline or online), you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility & Enrollment
   
   
   • Learners must provide accurate personal details at the time of registration.
     
     
   • Mindsports reserves the right to reject an enrollment if information is found to be false.
     
     
2. Payments
   
   
   • All course fees must be paid in full before course access or seat confirmation is granted.
     
     
   • Fees once paid are non-transferable to another person or program unless specifically mentioned.
     
     
3. Course Access & Usage
   
   
   • Online course material is licensed for individual use only. It cannot be shared, copied, distributed, or resold.
     
     
   • Offline courses must be attended as per the schedule provided at enrollment.
     
     
4. Code of Conduct
   
   
   • Participants are expected to maintain discipline and respect during sessions.
     
     
   • Any disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the program without refund.
     
     
5. Modifications & Updates
   
   
   • Mindsports reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any course or policy without prior notice.
