At UnMindsports, we are committed to providing learners with quality offline and online learning experiences. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Offline Courses (Workshops, Training Programs, Seminars)

    

   • Once you register and secure your seat by paying the fee, the enrollment is confirmed.

      

   • Cancellations are not permitted once the seat has been booked.

      

   • Fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under normal circumstances.

      

2. Online Courses (Recorded & Live Sessions)

    

   • Access to online courses is granted immediately after successful payment.

      

   • Since the content is digital in nature, no cancellation or refund will be applicable.

      

3. Duplicate/Accidental Payments

    

   • In case of duplicate transactions or technical errors, we will verify the details and initiate a refund within 7–10 working days.

      

4. Exceptions

    

   • UnMindsports reserves the right to review and process refunds in exceptional cases (such as cancellation of a batch/session from our side).
